An applicant shall have a discussion with the Center about research and development of desirable technologies, products, and business managerial concepts necessary for the qualification and conditions of a presence. For details, please contact the window below at each incubator.

Condition of Presence: 

1. SMEs registered in the Republic of China with a capital amount less than 80 million NT dollars and less than 200 employees;
2. With innovative technology or finished products;
3. Innovative concepts and business models;
4. Carrying out university-industry cooperative projects;
5. Startups founded by NCTU teachers and students; and
6. Established less than ten years ago.

For those who are qualified for incubation fields and conditions, please follow the instructions given in the contact window and coordinate to submit the documents below:

1. A duplicate copy of a profit-making business registration certificate or Application for Company Name*
2. Residency Application Form 　;
3. Conceptual Proposal for Operations of SMEs 　  ; and
4. Declaration of Consent to Reviewing 　

In principle, one meeting is convened quarterly and the meeting schedule will be adjusted according to circumstances.

The Incubator will invite on and off campus experts for evaluation and each applicant  will be given 50 minutes including a 20 minute meeting presentation (including the introduction to the company and contents of operational proposal), a 20-minute question and answer section, and a 10-minute comment and discussion section for judges.

The Center will reply and inform the applicants of the evaluation results via email within seven days after the evaluation and later, a formal notification will be given.
