Located adjacent to Hsinchu Science Park, there are four incubators in total which include Xuefu Incubation Site, Si-Soft Incubation Site, CPT Building Incubation Siteand Bo-Ai Incubation Site.

Located on Xuefu Rd. in Hsinchu City, this is the NYCU’s first incubator. Based on the concepts of “stability, growth, prosperity, and excellence,” the Incubator promotes the commercialization of innovative technology to assist startups to successfully grow and develop.

Located on Lixing 1st Rd. in Hsinchu City, the Incubator is inside the Science Park. The establishment of the “Si-Soft Incubator” was approved by “the National Business Incubation Association (NBIA)” and it received Taiwan’s first certificate of international business incubation. In addition to offering small businesses incubation for Park enterprises, the Incubator also provides diverse services including the rental of office desks and conference rooms with flexible and mobile functions, to boost added value and international competitiveness.

Located on the Guangfu Campus of NYCU, the major businesses incubated here are startups founded by NYCU teachers and students. In order to encourage the establishment of startups, free spaces and startup consultation resources are provided. Potential young student teams are motivated to commercialize their technologies and test the feasibilities of market certification, as well as to drive industrial innovation and development.

The Incubator is at the west side of the Boai Campus of the NYCU, and is inside the progressive and interdisciplinary Biomedical Engineering Building that was just completed in 2018.
